A CAKE POP IS... a ball of cake that has been FULLY COOKED, crumbled, mixed with buttercream icing, and then dipped in a chocolate or candy coating.  The texture of a cake pop is similar to a truffle or cookie dough.

We are an online store and do not have a store front.

DO YOU DELIVER?

We offer delivery to the 5 boroughs, Long Island, and Northern New Jersey. Delivery fees apply.

HOW MANY CAKE POPS SHOULD I ORDER?

If cake pops are being used as a place setting or favor we suggest one pop per person. If cake pops are your main dessert we recommend having 1.5 cake pops per person.

DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES/TASTINGS?

We offer tastings for order of 200 or more only for a fee of $25. Samples include 1 dozen pops up to 5 flavors. Should you finalize your order with us, the $25.00 will be credited towards the final cost of your order.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

We require a 50% deposit on ALL orders.  Payment in full must be made by one week prior to the event date. Order modifications will be accepted up to one week prior to the event date.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

If you need to cancel your order please notify us 1 WEEK BEFORE delivery time (2 WEEKS for large orders) to avoid a fee of 50% of the total order amount. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to delivery will not receive a refund. If you have ordered custom accessories for your order (i.e.- custom display stands, custom tags, etc.) the cost of these items will not be refunded.

HOW DO I PRESENT MY POPS?

Cake pops can be arranged pop up/stick down or pop down/stick up. Please see our gallery to view both arrangements.

We have disposable stands and/or trays available to present both arrangements. Stand fees apply.

A 3 tiered wooden stand can be rented or custom stands can also be made for your order. Fees apply.

CAN I ADD PERSONALIZED TAGS/RIBBON TO MY ORDER?

There is a $6.00 per dozen wrapping fee for cake pops which are individually wrapped and tied with a coordinating ribbon. Custom message tags are available at an additional cost of 0.50 per tag. Minimum order for custom message tags is 2 dozen. Any order which includes custom tags will require a minimum of ONE WEEK lead time.
